New Patients
Yes, I am accepting new patients and look forward to welcoming you in to my practice. New patients are welcome to book themselves in for an appointment. Prior authorization is not needed for an office visit with Katie for Osteopathic Therapy. ​

All new patients must complete a New Patient Health History Form. Please fill out this form (3 pages) and bring it with you to your first appointment. If you do not have a printer at home, there will be extra copies available at the office to fill out when you arrive.
Clothing
It is easiest to work on people wearing loose comfortable clothing (dresses, skirts, jeans, and sleeveless tops are not recommended).
Parking
There is free 2-hour parking along 1st Avenue West at this location.
Otherwise, you can pay for street meter parking along Cassells Street or Worthington Street.
Accessibility
Please note that there is a flight of stairs to enter and exit the office.

Insurance
Osteopathic Therapy is usually covered by all private insurance plans in Canada through extended health benefits plans, but typically not by public healthcare systems like OHIP. Coverage varies significantly by insurer and plan, so you must check your specific policy for details on whether osteopathic therapy is included.

Direct billing is not available at this time, however, you will be provided with a receipt which you can use to submit a claim for reimbursement directly with your insurance company.
Children & Infants
I offer Osteopathic care to adults of all ages, children (ages 5 to 16), and adolescents (ages 17 to 21). I am not offering care for newborns and children younger than 5 years old at this time. All children must have a guardian present during their appointments.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit, and credit. Direct billing is not provided at this office.
Cancelling Appointments
You can cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment by clicking the "Change/Cancel appointment" link in your confirmation email. This can be located in the email you first received the moment you booked your appointment online.

Note: this will not work if you are trying to change your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged $40.00.
